Here's an example so you can see how much you can save - if you buy a $400,000 property that pays a 3 % commission to me ($12000), you will receive a credit back of 25% of that for a savings of $3000 which can be used to lower the purchase price, pay closing costs, etc. (This credit is based on my 100% commission and is limited to a maximum $5,000 payment.)
