I  am Jim Riordan of Realty Associates - the areas Premier Real Estate Company that became # 1 in Sales Volume for Palm Beach County back in 2008 and has continued to grow and expand rapidly in the years since. I myself have lived and worked in this community for 20+ years with my wife Jane of 38 years. We feel there is no better place to live in all of Florida! 

I started my real estate career with REMAX, but did not find that their high fees gave me the best opportunity to save my clients money. I made the switch to Realty Associates a few years ago because I liked the flexibilty they offered. They are now the fastest growing company and top seller in the area, and are rapidly opening new offices nationwide. Their fee structure allows me to offer discounts to buyers and sellers on my website which has helped me draw up to 75 buyers and sellers to my site daily!

My clients receive a free 'certified appraisal' from  very knowledgable local appraiserS which I pay for. Then we sit down and tweak those numbers together, adjusting further for recent upgrades, current demand, etc. (ie- any items that may not be fully accounted for in the appraisal)

I have been self-motivated and self-employed all of my working career, and ran a Home Painting & Decorating business for 30 years with my wife Jane prior to becoming a Realtor. My leisure time interests include travel, golfing, hiking, diving, photograpy, art painting, and volunteer counseling work with Hospice and  the Humane Society.
